My career has been shaped by the wonderfully chaotic, challenging, and rewarding world of business. I’ve worked in the financial industry, built and operated estate agencies, owned four Bairstow Eves branches within the Countrywide Group, and set up, ran, and sold a finance company ahead of the credit crunch.

After retiring, I discovered a new passion: vegan food. What started as an interest turned into an eight-year journey of building, operating, and ultimately selling a successful vegan food business. Each chapter reinforced what I’ve always known: business is not just something I do – it’s who I am.

I’ve experienced business from every angle: start-up, growth, sale, and reinvention. That lived experience allows me to understand the emotional and commercial realities business owners face truly.
