We understand the weight and significance of this decision. Whether you’re ready to embark on a new venture, exploring retirement, or seeking new opportunities, selling your business marks the culmination of years of hard work and dedication.
After receiving your inquiry, we’ll reach out via phone to schedule your valuation appointment. You’ll speak with one of our Business Partners or our National Sales Director, conveniently located throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. During our call, we’ll assure you that there won’t be any high-pressure sales tactics or upfront marketing deposits. Additionally, we won’t request commission upon completion or bind you to any contracts. At Agilis Advisory, we believe in transparency and confidence in our services. Beware of brokers who refuse to evaluate your business or disclose fees upfront before visiting your premises.
Following your valuation, you’ll gain clarity on the value of your business and we’ll discuss whether you’re considering a full exit, partial sale, or investment opportunity.
Our valuation process considers various factors, ensuring a comprehensive assessment that reflects the entirety of your business. We employ multiple valuation methodologies to ensure accuracy.
Upon acceptance of the valuation, we’ll meticulously craft your advertisement and brochure/information memorandum. Your satisfaction is paramount, and we seek your feedback and approval at every stage before releasing marketing materials to the market.
Tailored strategies to identify and acquire businesses that align with your objectives.
Once we reach the sale part of the service what happens next will depend on the package you are on. For Agilis Assist we can signpost you to highly recommended solicitors that specialise in the size of your business and offer any advice that you may need.
For the Agilis Plus and Agilis Corporate we will issue the Memorandum of Sale before handing over to one of the solicitors on our carefully selected panel or to your solicitor to complete the transaction.
We recommend you keep advertising your business throughout the sales process as this does two things.
It will keep the pressure on the buyer to complete, we don’t want the deal to drift.
You might still find an interested party that will increase the offer for your business.
Either way, we will be at your side throughout the whole process. You will have a dedicated point of contact who will be the person that calls you, values your business, markets your business and handles your buyer enquiries as well as a professional Head Office to support them and you in this process.
