As an Agilis Advisory Partner, you will build your own advisory business focused on helping business owners prepare for and sell their companies.

You will manage enquiries, guide discussions, and help move opportunities forward in a structured, professional way without pressure or hard selling.
You will learn the complete brokerage process, from initial instruction through to completion, gaining practical knowledge that can be applied across multiple deals and sectors.
Over time, you will build long-term relationships and a reputation as a reliable, knowledgeable adviser, not just a transaction-focused intermediary.

As an Agilis Advisory Partner, you operate a genuine advisory business. You work directly with business owners considering a sale, helping them prepare, position, and navigate the process with clarity and professionalism.
Rather than focusing purely on transactions, our approach centres on early engagement and preparation, supporting sellers before they go to market to maximise value and saleability.
You are the main point of contact for your clients. Your role typically includes:
Identifying and engaging with business owners and buyers
Managing conversations and expectations on both sides
Guiding opportunities through each stage of the process
Working closely with our Head Office team on marketing and deal progression
You focus on relationships and deal momentum. We support you with structure, systems, and expertise.
Our partner model is designed so your income grows in line with the value you create.
You receive up to 80% of the commission generated from your clients’ transactions, reflecting your role in originating and managing opportunities.
There is no cap on earnings.
