The business owner was looking for a quick sale due to an impending need to sell the business before the lease ran out. She had 2 options which were to pay £1,500 up front with a commission at the end with a competitor on a 12 month contract or sign up with us on our assist package and pay £119 a month with no commission on sale and with no contract. We then worked with the customer to create the perfect advert and launched it through our website and all of the top advertising sites, this was backed up by a comprehensive social media and email marketing campaign.
We generated lots of enquiries within the first 24 hours. The customer was encouraged she would get the quick sale she needed. Within a few weeks she had found herself a buyer, but unfortunately her landlord decided that they wanted the building back for refurbishment rather than a issue a new lease to a new tenant. Luckily she hadn’t spent £1,500 for the rug to be pulled from under her and thought it was a smart business decision to go with Agilis. Also if she had signed the contract with our competitor she would have been liable for the full sale commission as she withdrew her business from the market.
