After my first experience (first time seller) with a commercial broker who liked to hide behind contractual rules & regulations and find clauses within clauses to cope out without taking ownership of missing vital important information as a first seller I lost faith in humanities ethics and moral, which was not important to them when I addressed it to the Director and the Regulators.
